Every product is designed in Melbourne, Australia, and made with our production partner in Xiamen, China.

Processing (design approval to dispatch) is 15–20 business days, plus shipping time to your address. Most orders arrive in about 4–6 weeks in total. Rush orders may be possible and are quoted per order.

Yes, we ship worldwide, including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Canada. Approximate standard transit after production (business days): Australia 6–12, New Zealand 10–16, UK 5–10, US 7–14; express 3–7. Your estimated delivery is confirmed with your order.

Possibly. Import duties, taxes and customs fees depend on your country and are the buyer's responsibility. Prices exclude any import duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility. This includes VAT in the EU and UK. Prices are in AUD; Inkwattle is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Australian orders over A$1,000: the recipient may pay import GST and duty to Australian customs.

Prices aren't listed. Your price is quoted after you send a custom order request; size, quantity, stock and finishes change it. You can give a budget range.

Both. You can send print-ready files, or we design it from your idea. Up to 3 design revisions are included.

Options include foil stamping, spot UV, gilded or painted card edges, linen-texture card stock, rigid and magnetic boxes, and cloth-bound hardcovers. Availability depends on the product.

Yes. We print one proof deck to check colour and feel, then runs sized to your campaign. Deck size, card count, booklet and box are all customisable.

Yes. Boxes, cards, notebooks, stickers and magnets can come from one source and ship together as a custom kit — useful for corporate onboarding, event gifts and product launches.

Yes. Personalised memorial guest books with name, dates, photo and wording, in hardcover formats. Because processing is 15–20 business days, please order well ahead of the service date; we cannot meet urgent funeral deadlines.

Yes. Shipping is free: freight is included in your quoted price. Prices in AUD. Inkwattle is not registered for GST; no GST is charged. Overseas buyers: prices exclude any import duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility (duties and import taxes may apply, including in the EU). Australian orders over A$1,000: the recipient may pay import GST and duty to Australian customs.

Yes. When your order ships we email you the tracking number, and your order page shows its status: Paid → Proof sent → Approved → In production → Shipped.

Up to 3 proof revisions are included; further changes are quoted before we start them. Before payment you can cancel at any time, free. After payment, you get a full refund if you cancel before approving your proof. Once you approve it, production starts and change-of-mind cancellations aren't possible.

Yes. Send a custom order request with quantity, size and your deadline. Remember to allow 15–20 business days for production plus shipping. Invoices are issued as an 'Invoice' by The Trustee for L & D Family Trust, ABN 34 298 648 128. Inkwattle is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Tell us in your request what organisation details you need on the invoice.

Yes. If you ordered on Etsy, keep all messages about that order in Etsy. You can also order directly here; both follow the same process.

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your previous order number, or enter it on the request form. We keep approved design files for 12 months.

No, we do not send free samples. Before production we send you a digital proof to approve.

You pay before production, never before you've seen a quote. 1) Send a custom order request with product, quantity, style and reference images. 2) We reply by email with your quote. 3) When you accept, we create a custom listing reserved just for you. 4) You pay through secure Stripe checkout. 5) We send your digital proof (up to 3 free revisions). 6) Production starts once you approve the proof: 15–20 business days, plus shipping from Xiamen.
